All the elements making up the LibertiChat site — structure, texts, logo, graphic elements, source code and features — are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher, unless otherwise stated.

Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any process whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of the publisher.

Content published by users (messages, nicknames, audio and video streams) remains the property of their respective authors. By distributing it on the service, the user authorizes its technical transmission to the other participants of the room concerned.

5. Liability

LibertiChat implements reasonable means to ensure the availability and accuracy of the service, without any guarantee that it will be free from interruption or error. Access to the service may be suspended at any time for maintenance or for technical reasons.

LibertiChat is a real-time communications hosting service. In accordance with article 6-I-2 of the French LCEN (Digital Economy Act), the publisher is not subject to a general obligation to monitor the content exchanged by users, but undertakes to promptly remove any manifestly unlawful content reported to it.

To report content or behaviour contrary to the law or to the terms of use, contact us at the address indicated in section 1, specifying: the date and time of the facts, the room concerned, the nickname in question and a precise description. Manifestly abusive reports may be disregarded.

7. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
